Members of the consortium meet once again for the WVHRDC 1st Executive Committee Meeting for 2020 conducted at J7 Hotel, Mandurriao, Iloilo City last February 27, 2020. Out 28 member institutions, 22 institutions were represented during the meeting. The meeting was presided by the consortium Chair, Dr. Marlyn W. Convocar.
